ExclusiveConcreteLeads.com ("we," "us," or "our") operates a lead generation service that connects homeowners seeking concrete work with local concrete contractors. We generate and distribute exclusive leads — one contractor per defined service area — for jobs including driveways, patios, slabs, walkways, and other flatwork.
These Terms govern your use of our website and services, whether you are a homeowner submitting a project request or a contractor claiming a territory.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the site or submitting a form, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
Contractors who claim a territory represent that they are a legitimate, licensed business operating in the service area they select and that they have the capacity to respond to and fulfill lead requests.
Each service area is made available to one contractor at a time. Once a contractor claims a territory and completes the enrollment process, that area is considered exclusive to them for the duration of their active subscription. We reserve the right to define, adjust, or redefine service area boundaries.
We may offer a free trial period to new contractors. The trial gives you access to live leads in your claimed area for the duration specified at signup. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
Leads are delivered as homeowner contact requests. We do not guarantee a minimum number of leads per period, as lead volume depends on organic search demand in your area. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a booked job, signed contract, or revenue.
Contractors agree to respond to leads promptly and professionally. We reserve the right to terminate a contractor's access if we receive credible reports of unprofessional conduct, failure to follow up on leads, misrepresentation to homeowners, or any behavior that reflects poorly on the service.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as disclosed at signup. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule agreed to during enrollment. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued unless otherwise required by law.
We do not guarantee that any specific area will be available when you apply. Areas are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If your requested area is not available, we will notify you and may offer alternatives.
By submitting a project request through our site, you consent to being contacted by the contractor serving your area by phone, email, or text regarding your concrete project. You are not obligated to hire any contractor. Submitting a request does not create a contract between you and us or between you and any contractor.
We are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor. All work arrangements, pricing, timelines, and warranties are solely between the homeowner and the contractor.
We make no representations or warranties about the quality, reliability, or licensure of any contractor in our network. We do not verify contractor credentials, insurance, or licensing, and we are not responsible for the quality of any work performed.
For contractors, we do not guarantee lead volume, lead quality, job conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Lead generation depends on organic search demand and other factors outside our control.
All content on this site — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to ExclusiveConcreteLeads.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExclusiveConcreteLeads.com and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including lost profits, lost leads, or disputes between homeowners and contractors.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExclusiveConcreteLeads.com and its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or any dispute between you and a homeowner or contractor.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the service is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. If you wish to cancel your contractor subscription, contact us at the email below before your next billing date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
